Cancellation Policy

Dear Customer,

Please read the cancellation conditions carefully to understand the conditions and cases where the product can be returned/replaced or the order can get cancelled.

• The customer can cancel the product ordered by calling 8939117371 / 9941480480 before the delivery confirmation given to customer. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 5-7 working days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
• It is important that you verify the condition of the outer package of the product before accepting the delivery. After checking the details and product condition, confirm the acceptance of delivery by duly signing the Invoice Copy with your Name/Mobile Number. There will be no cancellation once the order is out for delivery or delivered to you at designated location.
